Durham Wellness City- Recovery Innovations

Wellness City is a recovery education center offering a wide variety of classes and activities to adults interested in learning more about recovery from mental health or substance use challenges. Wellness City is staffed by NC Certified Peer Support Specialists who are available to provide one-on-one recovery coaching. The Peer Support Staff are able to use their own lived experience of recovery to empower others on their recovery journeys. All Wellness City services are free and open to the public. No insurance, referral or diagnosis are required.

The facility helps me cope with my issues. The staff has helped me learn myself, and help me when I am in a crisis.

They've been there and done that so they truly understand and they can relate I love the staff there.
