At Duke Hospice our goal is to help patients and their caregivers face the end of life with comfort, dignity and compassion. Duke Hospice provides palliative care to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our patents and their loved ones. We provide care in patient homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals and our hospice inpatient facilities in Hillsborough and Durham, NC. Duke Home Care also offers home infusion services, whole health home care, and bereavement services. Duke Hospice is JC accredited.
