North Carolina Central University: School of Law, Juvenile Law Clinic provides three services: 1) Legal representation for youth in delinquency hearings. 2) Legal representation for youth in Durham Public School suspension hearings. 3) Other support such as mentors and trainings. The goal of the program is to provide the youth and their families with consistent advocacy, education, and support services. By empowering the youth and their families through the services offered by the clinic, we hope to reduce the probability of continued delinquent behavior.
