Family Support Program - Exchange Family Center

The Family Support Program is a 12-16 week home visiting program that builds upon family strengths to help parents understand their children's behavior, learn ways to help their children be successful, and develop more effective parenting skills. The program can also connect the family to other community resources. All services are available in English and Spanish. Referrals can come from agencies or individuals and can be made by calling (919) 403-8249, extension 230. Those who are currently required by the Department of Social Services or the court system to complete a parenting program can ask their social worker for a referral to the program. This program is available to all Durham County residents, free of charge.
