Enhancement Health Care Inc. is an enrolled CAP-IDD service provider and is CARF accredited. Enhancement Health Care Inc. offers a variety of mental health services to our community. Some of these services include, Home and Community Supports, Enhanced Personal Care, Enhanced Respite, Residential Supports, Individual Care/Giver Training and Education, Respite Care-Nursing Level LPN, Supported Employment, Home Supports and Targeted Case Management. Our programs are designed to support children, adults and their families in the development of skills necessary to strengthen his/her abilities in the areas of: vocational, financial, social, personal, medical, daily living and other preferred needs. Services are individually designed in full partnership with the person centered planning team.
