Elderly or disabled adults can apply for grants for repairs (leaking roof, rotting floors, no heat, etc.); eligibility based on income ($24,950/year for individual, $28,500 for couple, and less than $20,000 in savings for individuals and couples); applicant must not own property other than what they live in.
